There have been conflicting reports on this.
McGee was originally supposed to referee the match between Lynn and Hailey Glassman … or Kate Major. One of the two was going to fight Gina.
In any case, whichever mediocre Jon Gosselin plaything was supposed to throw downbacked down, leaving an opening for another d-list boxer.
Luckily, Bombshell stepped in. The fight is ON May 7:

When news broke, including my story, that Celebrity Boxing Federation CEO Damon Feldman had to move his May 7 bout from Philly spaces (ballrooms, saloons, what-have-yous) to either New Jersey or Delaware because of his woes with the attorney general and the State Athletic Commission, it caused a shitstorm of media attention locally (FOX, Daily News‘ Saturday cover) and nationally (Inside Edition).
Thanks, gents, for doing that heavy lifting. I’ll take over from here.
The same day I spoke with Feldman at South Philly Bar & Grille (much of which was off-the-record), he got arrested for rigging fights and staging events without a legit promoters’ license by the PA Attorney General’s Office.

Damon Feldman swears his next Celebrity Boxing Federation event is his last in Pennsylvania.
Feldman, who has 12 Pack from VH1’s “I Love New York” and “I Love Money” taking on former Daily News Sexy Single Joltin’ Joey DeMalavez on Feb. 26 at Club Polaris (460 N. 9th), has been having a dispute with the state boxing commission, but will still hold events in Massachusetts and Los Angeles. 12 Pack and Joltin’ Joey, a boxing trainer whose clients include Charles Barkley at his Joltin’ Jabs (4313 Main) studio in Manayunk, will attend a Thursday night news conference at Finn McCool’s (12th & Sansom) to promote the fight and a weigh-in Feb. 25 and post-fight party the next night at the South Philly Bar & Grill (1235 E. Passyunk).
